Just like Taurine, GABA is an amino acid that functions as a Neurotransmitter in the brain- which is why these supplements generally work well for those who have Epilepsy. As you see from Iman Shawabkeh post today, this is the first time her daughter has been seizure free in 2 months.
GABA slows the excessive firing of Neurons and it supports the body’s natural process for calming and relaxing. Which requires Vitamin B6 to convert it and increase its effectiveness. (We do 50mgs)
There are 2 other helpful seizures supplements (I haven’t posted yet) that help increase the effectiveness of GABA and that is Glycine and L-theanine. I always use Gaba on its own with Vitamin B6 THEN pair it that way you have a few anti-seizure combos you can do.

Kam is currently on 3 500mg capsules before bed. He was once on 2 capsules before bed. His Neurons adapt SUPER quickly so I have multiple supplements for bedtime that I have in a 2 day rotation to help “confuse” the Neurons. This is our go to brand for many supplements.
