I chose one with 4 attachments so I could put on Kam’s Biceps & Triceps, then his Quads & Hamstrings at the same time. They both pads have to be on otherwise you won’t be able to feel the stimulation. If you want muscle gain then you select the EMS that has a slow pulse vs a fast pulse. (As if you are weight lifting that same type of tempo.) I put Kam’s mode on 23.
I first started with 5 min and worked way up to 30 minutes and don’t go above that. Stay away from the heart. I put each side on level 6, which is square 6.
The long pads go on the legs and the 2 inch pads go on the arms.
The stick doesn’t last long on the 2 inch ones so you can dab water on it before use and it makes it stickier.
The 1.5 inch ones I put on his lower part of his calves and top of his foot to mimic a walking flexion. And both on his forearms to mimic his hand picking up something.
